But in the context of the development of the café+co Explorers, a substantially more fascinating form of growth is revealed – the transformative journey from a group of individual talents into an efficient collective of self-confident experts who act in a skilful and clever manner on the international stage and have reset the strategic course for the international café+co group.
Every step undertaken by the café+co Explorer team was defined by shared know-how and the willingness to learn from and with one another. With every workshop, every discussion and every completed phase, understanding was consolidated, the experience of every individual enriched, and mutual trust strengthened. This journey not only aided the individual growth of every team member, but also created a structure that was also accorded the highest respect by the café+co management level.
