Your ideas count!

Fourteen Explorers have now set out on the journey to examine our future intensively within the framework of the Explorer project. However, this trip is not to be made by the 14 Explorers on their own.

Ideas, opinions and suggestions from everybody within the Group are warmly welcome and the 14 Explorers are delighted to receive all feedback. Click here for the contacts!

The Explorer project offers the great opportunity to move away from customary structures and communication paths. For the first time, we can think of café+co on a larger scale - across national boundaries and departments, beyond responsibilities and tasks.

And how do we manage that? By talking with one another!

Let us together use the café+co Explorer project to conduct a lively exchange of information and ideas with one another. You are also warmly invited to participate in this!

Our 14 café+co Explorers will be carrying out the first activities over the next few days. For instance, Pawel Lenda, a technical coordinator from Poland, will be meeting Kurt Miesenböck, Board member at LLI AG. Pawel thus has the opportunity to obtain input from an owner of café+co for the Explorer project. We asked the two of them what they are looking forward to most in their discussion:

Kurt Miesenböck, Board member at LLI AG: "Over the past few months, I have been involved in the organisation of the café+co Explorer project and discussed methods, participants, schedules, budgets, etc. After all, the upcoming interview with Mr. Lenda is my first introduction to the content of this extremely important project that I am very much looking forward to. I am of course also curious about meeting Mr. Lenda as I like to work with young, highly motivated managers."

Pawel Lenda, café+co Explorer from Poland: “First of all, I look forward with great expectation to the opportunity to talk to Mr. Miesenböck. It is not every day that you get to meet one of the most important persons in our company. I have not yet had the opportunity to talk to somebody from LLI. That is why I am highly interested in Mr. Miesenböck's opinion and in his visions and ideas for the future. And I hope that this interview aids understanding of what our owners’ plan for the future looks like."

We are already eagerly anticipating what the discussion will be like and which topics the other 13 café+co Explorers will take with them in their discussions on their journey. We will keep you posted; don't forget to become part of the café+co Explorer team!
