The final step
Fine tuning & implementation
The master guideline was developed in twelve workshops over a year. In Krakow the café+co Explorers now did the fine tuning and set the course for the implementation. The measures developed were classified according to importance and available resources in order to gain a clear idea of the immediately necessary and possible implementations. Initial project plans were already created for these. Parallel to this, the medium and long-term measures were also already synchronised. With this approach, the café+co Explorers are ensuring a seamless transition into the daily business of café+co.
The navigation system for the future
The centrepiece of the café+co Explorer project is a navigation system that will support us in the coming years in decisions and prioritisation of measures. The café+co Explorers once again viewed the influencing factors on the drafted scenarios and, using a points and ranking system, gained an overview of the factors that have the greatest influence over the café+co business models. The future monitoring of these factors was established in order to be able to detect developments in a timely manner. For this purpose, the café+co Explorers will draw up a detailed innovation process that will be presented in January 2024 during the closing café+co Explorer event.
Joint success and collaboration
For the café+co Explorer Team, the last workshop in Krakow was not only the end of the content-related work but also an emotional farewell from the café+co Explorer project. Together they looked back at the different project phases and established that the success of this project is based on collaboration across national and corporate boundaries, the informal exchange among colleagues, a clear common goal and creative working environments. The goal is now to spread the mindset that developed through the collaboration between the 14 café+co Explorers throughout the café+co Group and thus to establish a new type of collaboration. You too can become part of this!
