Managing directors work on the Explorer project with plenty of energy and inspiration

At the end of April, the managing directors of all subsidiaries of café+co met up in Vienna for a first sounding board on the café+co Explorer project. It was a day full of energy and inspiration because the goal of the meeting was clear: to inspire the managing directors for the methodology and the way of working in the project and to directly and actively start the work on the scenarios with our consultant Ute-Hélène von Reibnitz in order to create trust in the approach and in the opportunities.

The meeting was opened by Josef Pröll, CEO of LLI Beteiligungs AG and owner of café+co. He passionately emphasised the importance of this pioneering project of the future, which requires participants to think outside of the box, encourage innovations and give free rein to creative thoughts.

And this is also what the café+co managing directors did. In interviews with the café+co Explorers, they were called upon to contribute their perspective to the Explorer project. With input for the development of the vision and the future requirements of customers and employees, the managing directors drew up the first steps of scenarios in order to develop a better understanding of the process and results from the project.

This personal interaction with the method created trust in the power of the project and gave the managing directors the opportunity to broaden their perspective of the café+co Explorer project and its impressive potential. Let us therefore unleash our creativity together, bring our ideas to life and make the café+co Explorer project a veritable milestone in the history of café+co!
